We are always looking for artisans to become part of our cooperative. From passionate hobbyists to emerging professionals, we welcome anyone within our surrounding area to apply.   

What are some of the benefits to becoming a member?

Our reasonable member fee and commissions go directly to operational costs for the benefit of all members.

We are located right on the square in Bellows Falls, open 5 days a week, and enjoy lots of foot traffic in our vibrant downtown.

We support each other to create a flourishing creative community.

The variety of experience levels and backgrounds of our members offers unique opportunities to learn and inspire each other. 

RAC is one of the oldest cooperative shops in Vermont. In fact, we turned 50 years old in 2025!

How do I apply?

Applications are available at the shop or simply download an application, follow the instructions, and drop off your materials during our shop hours.  (Note: Items without a completed application form information will not be accepted)

How do you decide who can join?

Our member run jury will review your application to see if your items are a good fit for our current collection.  We are limited by shop space which makes this selection process necessary. The review process typically takes three weeks, at the end of which the jury will email or call you.
